  49th NATIONAL WOMEN CHESS CHAMPIONSHIP IM-: INTERNATIONAL MASTER  WGM-: WOMAN GRAND MASTER  WIM -: WOMAN INTERNATIONAL MASTER   Date - 10/7/2023 -: Odisha's Padmini Rout became the champion in the 49th National Women's Chess Championship held in Ahmedabad. From 11 rounds, she scored a total of 9 points and was in the top position. In the final round, Padmini defeated Maharashtra's Divya Deshmukh to win the fifth national title of her career. She has already won the national title 4 times consecutively in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017. CREDIT AND DEBIT CARD PORTABILITY  New Delhi 7/7 : From next October, credit, debit and prepaid card users may have the option to select the card network of their choice. They can transfer to the network as per their wish like visa, master card, rupay card etc. Just like how users can migrate from one telecom operator to another without changing their mobile number, debit and credit card portability will be possible. The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) issued a circular and made this proposal. For this, RBI has sought feedback from banks and customers on the draft circular. August 4, 2023 Sudha Feedback may be given.
